Painting with oil on canvas is a complicated and time-consuming process, so our artists will spend about 15-20 business days creating a 100% hand-made painting. The time of creating an oil painting is depend on the size and complexity of the painting.

We will send a photo to you for confirmation after our artists complete the painting. After obtaining the your confirmation, we'll ship it as soon as the painting is dry. Moreover, framing a painting will take more than 10 business days.

Processing and shipping times vary according to the purchased item and the shipping destination.

We use only professional courier services, such as FedEx, UPS and DHL. In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us for further instructions so we can begin the process of fixing the problem (usually through replacing the painting).
